Dympna Cunnane

CEO, Our Time

Dympna Cunnane is CEO of Our Time, a charity which helps young people who have a parent with a mental illness, ensuring they get the support they need and have their voices heard. She has a BA in Psychology and Philosophy, an MA in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Systemic Thinking, as well as professional training in psychoanalysis (Jungian). She has been a management consultant specialising in leadership and organisation development. She was Associate Dean for Executive Education at Middlesex University and a Programme Director at London Business School. She has worked across a wide range of commercial organisations. 

Dympna is interested in mental health in its broadest sense, having trained and worked in therapeutic settings as well as applying her knowledge to the world of work and workplaces. She believes that the mind is our most powerful resource, and as such, determines much of our life experience. Helping children and young people to stay well is very important to her and the charity she leads.
